GALDO
Social Technology
The GALDO social technology is an interdisciplinary system of knowledge and practices aimed at investigating and designing semantic forms of interaction. It integrates philosophical, sociological, psychological, neurolinguistic, quantum-philosophical, and managerial approaches, forming a paradigm of human semantic evolution, in which consciousness and perception are viewed as a self-organizing environment of meaning generation.
Definition
The GALDO social technology is an integrative scientific-practical concept that explores and establishes the patterns of the semantic environment of human interaction. GALDO views meaning-making as an ontological function of the environment: through acts of presence, perception, and resonance, participants generate contours of mutual awareness, within which their individual and collective consciousness evolves.
Levels of the Scientific-Methodological Model
- Ontological Level: Views a person as an open, evolving system, manifested through conscious perception and the capacity for meaning-making activity.
2. Epistemological Level: Describes the processes of meaning formation and meaning-making as cognitive-affective acts of perception, reflection, and interpretation, grounded in the primary mechanism of consciousness manifestation in the environment.
3. Methodological Level: Defines the principles of establishing resonant interaction through competencies of thinking and perception.
4. Applied Level: Describes the forms of implementing the technology in managerial, educational, therapeutic, and organizational practices: facilitation of meaning processes, leadership, group reflection, coaching, mentoring, supervision, consulting.
Ontology of Environment and Contour
- Environment: The continuous evolution of connections, defined by meaning-making activity.
- Contour :A temporarily emerging form of alignment between will and perception, maintaining the possibility of differentiation without compromising integrity. The contour resonates, preserving the permeability and openness of semantic content.
- Communication: A process in which the environment reproduces itself through the contour-like nature of conscious interactions; thus, subjectivity is mutually (not sequentially) generated.
Scientific Novelty
GALDO introduces a new category into the humanities – the contour of the semantic environment, as an operational equivalent of living interaction.
If 20th-century systems thought described social processes as functions of structures, GALDO describes them as the resonance of contours arising in acts of semantic participation.
GALDO technology bridges the philosophy of consciousness and perception, neurolinguistics, and management, shifting humanitarian knowledge from a logic of external influence to a logic of mutual evolution.
Thus, GALDO forms a methodology of the semantic environment as a self-organizing system, in which communication serves not as a mediator but as a form of existence of consciousness.
