Module 1:

Foundations of Mentor Coaching

The first module focuses on cognitive and reflective approaches within non-directive communication, as well as on the core mechanisms of the Galdo social technology framework, which develop participants’ ability to work with meaning-making processes, including the creation, transformation, and conscious management of meaning.

Participants will:

    •    Gain a deep understanding of the role and value of mentor coaching in today’s professional coaching market.
    •    Develop skills for building effective and trust-based mentor coaching relationships.
    •    Learn to use their expertise to support the development of others without imposing solutions.

Module 2:

Competency-Based Mentor Coaching

The second module focuses on the development of core professional mentor coaching competencies that enable participants not only to conduct mentor coaching sessions in formal compliance with ICF standards, but also to meaningfully contribute to colleagues’ professional growth and inspire high levels of performance and engagement.

Participants will:

  •    Master the international ICF Mentor Coach Competency Standards.
    •    Develop advanced skills in applying a non-directive approach in mentor coaching.
    •    Learn to establish effective agreements and build strong, trust-based mentoring relationships.
    •    Enhance their ability to remain fully present and actively listen to mentees.
    •    Strengthen their capacity to evoke awareness and support mentees’ continuous growth and progress.

Module 3:

Advanced PCC and MCC Performance Mastery

This module provides an in-depth immersion into the logic of PCC-level performance indicators and competency markers, as well as MCC-level mastery standards. Participants develop a clear understanding of the distinctions between credentialing levels while recognizing the integrated and interconnected nature of the ICF Core Competencies.

Participants will:

   •    Develop a deep understanding of the relationship between ICF Core Competencies and PCC-level performance markers.
    •    Build a clear and accurate understanding of MCC-level mastery, enabling them to effectively guide mentees’ focus and developmental priorities.
    •    Receive expert feedback and practical guidance on their own professional cases and real mentoring challenges.

  •    Professional Supervision Sessions
Structured supervision to support reflective practice, ethical awareness, and continuous professional development.

    •    Demonstration Session Reviews
In-depth analysis of recorded mentor coaching demonstrations with expert feedback from MCC-level faculty.

    •    Supervised Mentoring Practicum (Internship)
